Cleanup not opening

When I try to open Cleanup Pre. all l get is a blank screen with the dotted wheel spinning … l even let it on for over 30 minutes …

l looked in the forum and only found older posts … l did try going into window services and tried to restart it but l get aa error 1067 and a message that it stopped and could not reopen …

PLEASE HELP !!!

l tried to install the new update and got another error message that there was a problem and it would not go past the message after 5 retries … so… any ideas …
