Cleanup Premium "Hmm, spomething's gone wrong ..."

Hi, I’m having a prob with Cleanup Premium – see attached.

Is there a log file somewhere that can help find the problem? I’d like to complete the cleanup even if it’s only a matter of removing Junk Files.
