we are sorry for your troubles. If you could provide us with the log files from this path: [b]c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log[/b] we could analyze the issue and fix it.
You can upload the logs on some of your favourite file server or you can use our public FTP: ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ and login as anonymous user.
