A few days ago I had an Avast popup (apparently) about some sort of loyalty reward.
Foolishly I clicked on it.
Now I keep getting popups about an item in my Shopping Cart.
I cannot delete the item and I can’t permanently kill the popup. >:(
Is the only way to get rid of it, uninstalling Avast and then reinstalling it using a new email address?
If no, how do I get rid of this annoyance?
Pls give screenshot of that popups i will easier to know what is the problem.
Having gone into the shopping/cart you can’t reduce the quantity to zero.
I tested this some time ago when checking it out for someone in the forums. Just close the avastUI, you will get reminders that there is something in your cart, just ignore them.
After a few days (I can’t recall how many) you will stop getting this reminder. Whatever you do don’t follow through from the cart to purchase - if you haven’t done that you obviously can’t be billed.

I thought that I took screenshots, but I couldn’t find them.
If the popup appears again, I’ll post a screenshot.
I guess now that I’ve complained it won’t happen again. 
I don’t think you need screenshots as I have experienced what it is you are talking about.
For me it took a few days before this reminder stopped appearing.

I haven’t seen the popup for a while now.
I don’t know if it was simply a matter of time, or a certain number of restarts that stopped it.

For me, I shutdown every night and restart the next day so it could have been either time, number of popups or restarts.
