I have been using Clearprog for some considerable time in preference to ccleaner, although the company is German the web site also has an English version, http://www.shtools.de/programme/clearprog/index_new.php?lang=en you can either use this link or when you get on to the site click the Union Jack flag.
The program itself supports a number of languages.
supported languages in the program: German, English, Dutch, France, Czech, Italiano
Nice added to my info, but what I also like about it, that it can be installed and run right away from a normal user account, no admin rights involved. And I think that you think of that as a benefit!
For some that would be called a benefit others might call it a flaw and they don’t want limited users the ability to delete stuff. However, I would guess that limited users can only install it for their own use then if they delete something it only effects them.
For me I don’t have a problem with it as I normally use an account with admin rights and use DMR for all applications I connect to the internet with.
I like the interface, it isn’t trying to be all things to all men, like the Issues (that may or may not have caused a problem in another topic), registry integrity, Tools to uninstall, etc. I already have tools to do that and for the most part do it better.
Wise Disk Cleaner does a deeper/better job than CCleaner in scanning temporary files.
Wise Registry Cleaner does a much better job than CCleaner on cleaning registry.
