If I click on Menu>Help>Avast Forums it used to open to this forum. Now nothing happens? Any suggestions? Clicking either Help or 24/7 Premium Tech Support both work.

Same here. Its a lot faster via bookmark then through the Avast User Interface.

I to prefer to bookmark the Avast Forums and different sections of the forums as folders in the tabs in Firefox.
I also have a number of tabs open all of the time, you only have to have one forum page open in a tab to get a lot more information
I use the Show unread posts since last visit. and Show new replies to your posts (at the top of Avast Forum pages), to get updated/new topics since my last visit.

Also the Avast Help menu option redirects through a tracking and ad server at: ipm-provider.ff.avast.com.
