Client Deployment access denied

Hi, I have a client that has ADNM installed and have successfully deployed Avast to multiple clients.

However, I can no longer deploy it to any clients. Every time I try to deploy to a client I get an access denied error.

Below is an extract from the aswRInst.log file:

I am logged on the the client as the domain administrator with the same username and password as the server with the ADNM software.

I have read many posts about this and have tried everything I can find on the web so far, but nothing works.

The domain administrator password has changed since the ADNM software was installed, does this matter??

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

The new domain administrator password must be specified in the deployment task at the ‘Login Accounts’ page, is it ?

I’m not sure if the new domain password is specified there or not.

I have just changed the domain password back to it’s original state when the ADNM was installed.

However I cannot log in to the ADNM any longer, I think because the Avast Management Server won’t start. Whenever I start the service is stops again after a few seconds.

Once I get the service to stay up, I’ll log in and have a look.

Any ideas why the service keeps stopping??
