Clients are showing as not connected due to their IP number being out of date. DHCP assigned new IP to client but it is not updating.
Ideas?

Sorry, I’m Not a helper, but i’m in same problem that you…
MY AEA server are an IP, but my 100 agents are dynamic IP, and not update in Management console AEA…
Since more several months, no longer detects my console connected my agents (appear not installed / offline), while agents positions meet table with their names, and client workstations ping the AEA server
