Client installed from SOA installed as unmanaged?

Hi.
We are considering to buy Avast Endpoint Protection Suit. I’m trying product before buy.
I’ve installed SOA and remote deploy client from it to one pc.
The problem is it is installed but even after reboot it’s still looks like unmanaged.
It hase question mark in the SOA and also settings for group didn’t apply.
How can I check if it actually installed as managed or not? How much time does it takes to download settings for group for client?

try to go on the client and then check the configuration under the troubleshooting page, see attached

I have chacked and there are correct info. I’ve tried to connect by telnet with that info and have connected successfully.
What else can I check to find the problem?
This pc is still with question mark in SOA.

Wich version of SOA and Avast endpoint suite are you using?
Have you any other security software installed?

It is version 8.0.1603 on the client and version 1.3.3.35 on the server.
I don’t have any other security products like antivirus or firewall on that pc. And build-in firewall off Windows switched off. It is Windows 7 64 bit.
