We have the following problem with the outlook policie.
Our PBX have a voicemailbox and the outlook-client is connect to this voicemailbox.
If the voicemailbox leaf a message and the user click on this message then client connect to the voicemailbox to load the wave-file.
But on this time we can not received this wave-file because the avast block this connection.
Have you any idee for the solution of this problem?
Why? Are you sure it’s being blocked by avast?
Maybe changing (or adding) the value IgnoreProcess=voicemailboxprocessname.exe to the [MailScanner] section of the client avast4.ini file. I’m not sure…
