Client Right Click Context Menu Not Coming Up

I just took over support of a small network (15 computers) running DNM 4.7.657. I need to temporarily disable the resident shield for software installation. When I right click the avast task tray icon on a client machine, I get nada, no response. As I understand when the clients are managed they require a password before getting access to settings through the context menu but I literally get no response. Is there a setting in ADM that is not allowing access to the client settings?

Please see the properties of a group in the Computer Catalog (it’s one of the settings there).
