I’m trying to have my whole domain with avast managed, but it seems there is something missing :
I’m selecting all the computers without Agent, then I run a deployment task.
For most computers task is completing fine (I’ll work on the faulty ones later), but computers still shows as without agent.
Is there something missing?
Or something I should investigate further?

Mine are the same. Currently using the eval version, but our licences are on the way.

Have you checked the Remote Install log to see what the result of the deployment task was?
That was the first step in resolving my particular deployment issue last night. The log (if I remember correctly) was in the ADNM console, “View → AMS Logs → Remote Install”.
