Client Website being blocked

Hi, thanks to anyone who can help with this. My client has a website that is being hosted out of Austin. Recently some of our clients are reporting that the site is being blocked by the Avast software. It seems to be windows specific. From what I can tell the URL is not blacklisted anywhere and other machines browse to the site with no problems. Is there a process to get relief from Avast for this?

Our hosting provider says it’s completely out of their hands.

“We’ve safely aborted connection on Nutrionalwisdom.com because it was infected with URL:Mal.”

What does that mean?

I have removed nutritionalwisdom[.]com from our blacklist - it seems that the domain is clean now.
