Do you mean close your avast account at my.avast.com ?
If so I believe you can do that (delete it) from the my.avast.com interface, see attached image.

Or close your avast forum account ?
If so a moderator can delete it - this doesn’t remove your posts - it would however stop you rejoining the forum in the future using that user name, etc.
