Combofix wants to install MS Windows Recovery but...

I started this new topic because I am freaking out waiting for a response in the last posting I made. I asked a bunch of questions but no one has responded to them. I need my laptop to manage my business, and Monday is coming FAST!!!

The “Digital Protection” Rogue has disabled my internet accessibility. Can I download this from the Microsoft website (from my home desktop) onto a thumb-drive and manually load it onto the laptop???

I don’t see how else to do this!!!

HELP!

You can download Malwarebytes or SUPERAntipsyware on another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive. Or you may reboot the infected computer in Safe Mode with Networking and try to download Malwarebytes or SUPERAntispyware. As the computer is booting tap the “F8 key” continuously which should bring up the “Windows Advanced Options Menu”. Use your arrow keys to move to “Safe Mode with Networking” and press Enter key.
