I use Internet Download Manager for my file downloads. Does anyone know what I should put in the two fields of IDM to have Avast scan my downloads. Downloads go into C:\Downloaded Files\New Downloads\Folder, where Folder is called Software, Documents, Zip Files, etc, depending on the type of file being downloaded.

Does Avast show a results screen after the scan and can it be turned off if desired?

Redman, if you have search the board a little you would found a lot of information… :-\

Just add:
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe
Generally, you don’t need to add any parameter in Download Managers.
