Command may not have been sent

Good morning,

from this morning when I try to send a command to one of my devices, after a couple of minutes I receive this message: “Command may not have been sent”. (“il comando potrebbe non essere stato inviato” in italian)The other devices communicate perfectly. What could be caused this ?

Maybe someone from the staff who can help me solve or understand? In the past it happened other times and then it was solved by itself. I think the problem is not of the device but maybe on your servers. Thanks

Please help me, the command goes in loop and every minute i receive a reply that the “command may not have been sent”…

Hi, please try to disconnect and reconnect your device to the account:

  • open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
  • select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
  • follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account
