Command Prompt can't open

Hi, i have problem with my command prompt, when i click it, nothing happen,
i’ve try :

  1. right click, run as administrator, nothing happen
  2. run gpedit.msc , enabled or disabled prevent open the command prompt, nothing happen too.

please your help, thanks ;D

try start > run > cmd
Getting any error?
If so, what is the error?

Have you tried it in safe mode?
If not, do so and let us know if that is working.
