Command time out

hello,
with new pay version from myavast when I run a command often comes out the message “command time out” , with the old free version that not happening.
my phone is huawei y6 ii compact.
the app is in the list of “protect app”

Does anyone know the reason?

hello, you probably needs to keep the application active even when the screen is locked. Try to see in your phone settings by selecting the AMS application, there should be an option to enable.
