Why can’t you uninstall it, are you getting any errors and if so what ?
However, it should be the same way you do for other Windows on your Windows laptop, you don’t say what version of windows you are using ?
Essentially it should be the same, Windows Tray Icon > Programs > Add or Remove Programs > Avast Antivirus -
Or are you experiencing any problem when trying to do so (if so what) ?
If you set a password to prevent access/changes in the User Interface (UI) ?
If so that could be protection against change.

dans tous les cas si vous ne parvenez pas à désinstaller avast par la procédure “normale” ou si vous êtes empêché à cause du mot de passe demandé (cf le message de DavidR), veuillez lire l’article officiel avast et éventuellement utiliser l’outil de désinstallation (procédure en mode sans échec donnée dans l’article)
