I have been a paying customer for several years.
I had always bought the antivirus premium security.
Almost daily I am stalked by Avast with various alarms regarding the security of my pc with some kind of threatens.
I m starting to loose the trust.
I ask to myself what should be the use in paying an antivirus service, if the exit is to be constantly in danger.
I wish to have a real contact from Avast in order to understand what they think a complete security service (including VPN), would cost.

FWIW, Avast seems to have disabled any possibility for professional support, even for paying subscriptions. The threats and persistent ‘alerts’ for new ‘features’ which are merely links to other Avast product advertisements, which cannot be ignored without the danger of missing a true alert.
Avast seems willing to allow their trustworthiness to wain for the opportunity to harass their paying clients who have already declined their various additional offers.
Unfortunately this seems to be an industry trend.
