I want to ask you a few security questions about the governments that is spying on the Internet.
If ip changed with either vpn or any proxy, it will totally remove the isps radar (or any spy). Isp can still reject the user Information?
Does the mac addres play a role in spying?
The spy can monitor a particular site and those who visited this site and identify about information sente and receive?
Is the spy can get the information inside the letters or the information inside an account on a particular site?
In general, I live in a country where visiting or contacting some sites and emails is a crime.
with having avast pro and using vpn in all cases Is there a way to communicate secretly? If so, what else do I need?
Sorry if it was too long
thanks

You ISP will always be able to see your IP.
If they can’t they wouldn’t know it is one of their customers.
2]
It can play a role, depending on who does the “spying” and how.
3]
That depends on the security of the site, but basically the answer is yes.
4]
Hmm, where is question 4 ? ;D
5]
Depending on your countries rules/laws, the government can always see what you are doing.
No, there is no way you can communicate secretly.
You can secure something as much as you want, but there is always a way to get in.
