I am trying to contact iYogi but having no luck. I am having some tech probs. I recently had this computer wiped clean and I am not sure about the staus of my account conact me by phone 918-413-3631 Oklahoma. USA

If your problem involves Avast…Before going to iYogi, if you provide some basic info about your OS and security software installed, “just possibly” one of the more tech minded evang’s may be able to help you; or direct you to help.

iYogi’s contracted 3rd party support has been terminated by avast some time ago, some support staff hard selling their own support package. So unless you actually have an iYogi support contract (mega bucks), then these forums are your best option (even if iyogi were still doing avast support).

I’m guessing here, after your computer wipe you want to install avast and want to know if your license is still valid ?
If so check this - Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

I suggest that you remove your phone number from your post. Someone posing as an Avast representative may call and try to scam you.
