when I install Comodo Firewall (without AV) the Webguard of Avast Pro gets gray, and is it not active.
I dont thing this is normal?
How to fix it?

I had a similar issue after install Avast 5.0.377 Release while running CFP v.2.4.
Have you tried going to ‘Application Monitor’ in Comodo and making sure Comodo is allowing “AvastSvc.exe” to use any destination, any Port IN and Out.
This worked for me on Windows XP Home/ SP 3. 8)
I thing you mean the ajust “AvastSvc.exe” in the Firewall, but this is not relevent now, because I dont and I had never have Internet connection on this PC. It is brand new.
In Avast Webhiled it is writen that “The provider is waiting for the start of a sub-system”. Maybe webshield is not active because of that?
But this doesnt explain why when I deinstall Comodo i reboot, the Webguard is running ???
try going to an earlier version of Comodo, I haven’t updated mine in ages and these two run perfectly together on my machine. It is probably just the version of Comodo. post back and tell us if that helps at all
which Windows version do you have? Win7 (64bit)?
Because on XP I also dont have problems with both
no problem here so far with CIS 3.13 and avast 5, didn’t have any problem either with Avast 4; webshield always worked fine…oh yes, I’m also in win7/64. Anyway, I heard a while ago that some people (that was never my case) had issues between CIS def+ and Avast 4 >>> webshield blocked. If your issue persists, switch to Avast 5 
You can get a license replacement for V5 if you own a V4/pro license. Can’t find the link for it though.
