A company accused of selling phony antispyware tools has settled a lawsuit filed by Washington State’s attorney general.

It is only a shame they settled (1 million dollars overall) with no admission of wrong doing. Some jail time would have been nice.
Lets hope this is the thin end of the wedge in going after these rogue anti-spyware programs, they could do better by taking a visit to spywarewarrior.com to find other targets ;D
