Hello, I just installed avast mobile and forgot my PIN. So I deinstalled with Titanium Backup. After I installed avast mobile again, the first step was to enter the PIN. But this PIN I dont’t know. I think the deinstallation was not complete. Next I reset to factory settings. But there is the same. The PIN is always there. I have an Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and a Samsung Galaxy SII. On the SII I don’t have try the reset yet, I wanted to test it on the Tab. Is there any idea how I could delete the stored PIN?

Hi, I tried to wipe the tab with the boot menu and it seems that now the PIN is deleted. I Installed avast mobile again and I could enter a new PIN. So the problem is solved.

Hi,

glad it’s working. To delete the PIN, you have to uninstall both AMS and AAT. After that it should disappear, but that might depend on the OS you use.
