This could come the aftermath of an earlier php.index and/or iframe attack…that avast Web Shield would have detected as JS:Agent-AV[Trj]. Ok, mind we are being protected here by avast "vigilant"shield protection!!!
Here a likewise PHPlist attack is being described with the resulting error, post from author seahawk on PHP list zone (attacks) → http://forums.phplist.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=37501 (the lists/index.php file’s permissions had also to be reset to solve this error as is mentioned further down in that thread by Dragonrider).
