i have avast internet security.
last night my computer broke down , something wrong with the boot configuration, so i was going to take it to fix , hey said they might have ti reinstall windows 8 , and i was wondering if i have to re purchase avast or can i get my old copy? or what can i do?
some information would be nice.
If it is a paid for version then as long as you have a copy of the licence file then it is not a problem, for free just re-register

i actually got it from recommending 14 people so it like 2 years of internet security.
and i dont have the file either.
