Hello Everyone
I have a windows 7 32 bit and free antivirus Avast latest version
The problem is when I do a thorough scan of the system is not finished it and got stuck at 96 percent then the computer crashes and restarts or antivirus and no finish the scan.
I tried to remove the antivirus from my computer completely and reinstalled but it did not solve the problem.
It happens to more people? How can I solve this problem?

The answer is probably NO
Since we need to find out what is causing the scan to stop and at which file.
Perhaps the PC is overheating.
And your analysis is based on what information ??? Grabbing at straws can become very expensive…
