Computer dummy needs help

I’ve run avast and a threat keep coming up: MBR:\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0\Partition4
Under status it says: MBR:SST [Rtk]

Avast will not delete, repair or move to chest

Again, I’m computer idiot and need help.
