Ok, if you are sure it is still scanning. I would have thought a custom scan of C: would have been done. When it’s done do this and we’ll see if we can get combofix going.
Click start, run, copy and paste Combofix /u in the box, click ok. If you get a warning choose “2”
Download a new copy.
