Hi all,
I’ve also recently been hit with the Win32:DH-a1 virus, but upon searching everyone is seem to say that it is a false positive.
Prior to getting this virus I also had two other viruses that were deleted. I will attach everything for you to see as well as scan logs etc.
So my computer has been running a bit sluggish than usual, and I’m experiencing some strange behaviour with it, such as:
-Upon start, computer stays on a black screen (happened once)
-Upon start, an error shows that the network is not recognized and yet it works (error is resolved by restarting again)
-Rundll32 using processing power whereas I’ve not seen it do that before (i’m able to End this process, not sure if that’s normal?)
-Again general sluggishness
Can someone tell me if there is an exploit problem that I may be having?
Thank you.
Maxed out my attachments so attaching the rest here.
Sorry for the delay; my system is being reworked right now.

Please go to START (Windows Orb) >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features and remove the following (if listed):
Flvto Youtube Downloader
To do so, left clicking on the name once and then click Uninstall/Change at the bar above the list window.
Follow the prompts of the uninstaller BUT please read carefully any questions it asks before answering; some uninstallers will try and deceive you into keeping the software.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:
Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!
How is your system running now?
No problem. Before I run the tests, I should note I uninstalled Evernote.exe, would that cause any issues? I know I’m not supposed to but I wasn’t hearing anything from anyone so I experimented.
Won’t cause any issues; please run the steps I previously posted.
Hi, I’ve attached the Fixlog.txt. It seems to have helped a little but sluggishness still remains. Firefox seeming to use a lot of memory about 1 GB worth total. This was the case before as well.
It responds a little better in Safe Mode but not that much, the RAM usage is comparable as to before with the same amount of tabs open.
EDIT/UPDATE: I think Safe mode is at least 25%, there is a lot of stalling when not on safe mode.
So in terms of viruses and malware I’m in the clear?
Thanks
Yes, you seem to be clear in terms of malware.
Clean up of Malware Removal Tools
Now that we are through using these tools, let’s clean them off your system so that should you ever need to have malware removed again (we hope not) fresh, updated copies will be downloaded.

[*]Click Run
[*]The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Note: Please save this log first before rebooting your system (if asked to); DelFix does not save the log as it is trying to remove all traces of our work on your system. Please attach the log in your next reply.
You can delete any log files left on your desktop as these are no longer needed.
Okay, I’ve attached the log.
Edit: Seeing as there is 1 download and no reply, I’m guessing that’s it. Thanks for your help.
Yes, you should be fine. Come back if you need anything more.
