I have Avast Pro, latest version. When I had Avast 7, I scheduled a “quick scan” to run 6 days a week at 9pm. On the 7 day I schedules a “full Scan”. I now try to schedule the same with Avast 8 and it don’t work. Sometimes it scans a 2100, some times not. I has a habit starting a scan pretty much when ever it wants. Some time in the Am at 7am or maybe 10am, sometimes in the evening at unscheduled times. Any suggestions?
do you use screensaver?..if so activate screensaver scan, then you dont have to think about sceduling at all
Okay, I can use that, but why doesn’t scheduling work as it should? I liked to schedule my scan and them have it shut down my computer when it was done. Worked well in Avast 7 Pro
