Computer slow

Hi

A couple of days ago, I fllowed a youtube video instructions to install an Adobe programme to allow me to convert .doc files to .pdf. It all looked very legit. Soon afterwards, I had an automatic MS update. An hour or so, later the computer shut off and would not restart. An automatic process advised me that somethign had prevented the computer from starting and that it would try to fix it. At one stage it asked me if I accpted a restore acton, which I accepted.

I got the system back but it seems slow, with a second or two wait every time I click on something that before opened fast.

I am attaching the required logs and hope you find the time to see what may be the matter

many thanks

Nothing readily apparent, have you tried a defrag ?

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Hi essexboy

here’s the log as requested

I would suggest that you try a disc defrag to see if that improves the performance

Thanks, I will.

Shall I delete the scanning progs and logs?

Use delfix
