Computer is slow or do you mean browsing is slow? Avast tracking protection wont affect computer speed.
You could uninstall the AOS ( Avast Online Security ) module, go to Programs and Features then click to uninstall Avast and choose change on the following screen, untick AOS then complete and reboot.
