My computer got really slow and started to freeze a lot lately and i am constantly
downloading files and using various usb devices so there are many ways that i could have gotten god knows what
viruses into my computer.Can anybody help me get rid of this problem?

How will I know that he is done? I see that infections are not removed, they are in quarantine…Should I click “DELETE ALL”?

and infections in quarantine are removed… they are in virus prison and can no longer harm your computer

Hi at some stage you have run an infected USB drive. You also have adware city onboard
Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

Plug in the drive and McShield will start a scan
Then get the log which will be here :
Start > all programs > MCShield > logs > all scans
And post that

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.

[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok.
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.

McShield results
I plugged in two USB, one external memory and 2 memory sticks for camera and I see folders in these sticks like shortcuts and after scanning…

I didn’t mentioned, one month ago som folders from my computer dissapeared, when I was searching in the start search-they showed up but just as shortchuts and they were empty,without files in it. Few days ago I saw that they are back, they are normal now but icon was a white buble with question mark but I can see files in it also… In the same time happened that I plugged in microSD from camera and I saw shortchuts folders, few days ago also…

Well, probably I picked up some viruses from USB of colleague or something like that and when I tried to use my camera stick, viruse occupated it, too…
I have tried again to fix camera usb with McShield, this time it was succesfull, now it is working well.

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean 
A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:
Run OTL and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself.
Clear Restore Points
Go Start > All Programmes > Accessories > System tools
Right click Disc Cleanup and select run as administrator
When it pops up at the first prompt select OK after it has done some calculations the tabs will appear
Select More Options tab
Press Sytem Restore and Shadow Copies Cleanup button

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
