Please Help!

I have a nasty virus that MCAfee cannot detect. After looking up what to do on the internet, I removed McAfee and downloaded Avast. Since the virus(s) blocks me from accessing the internet, I had to download Avast from another CPU onto a flash drive and upload it to the infected CPU. Avast uploaded ok and did a quick scan but, the virus remains. I tried double-clicking on several Avast icon to access the program but, none thing happens. Please help me before I toss this CPU out the window. LOL

To avoid using multiple post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( Malwarebytes log / OTS log ) save OTS log as ANSI

Essexboy will look at the logs when he arrive here later today…
