Computer Won't Boot - Windows 8 - Virus?

Hello everyone :slight_smile: ;D I’m new here
I think my computer has a virus and it won’t boot up. I’ve tried to repair from the recovery environment but I receive a notification that “The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again”. The Startup Repair failed and I’d like to keep all my files if possible :cry:
I’m struggling so much rn and I don’t even what to do to fix it. Please I’d really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks so much in advance
