Configure Avast with an execption

How do I configure Avast with an exception to allow a program to run it considers a virus?

Vendor contacted, no issue with their software. If I shut off Avast, uninstall the program, reinstall and start it works okay. If I turn Advast back on and restart program it states the program is a virus and can’t run. If I shut off Avast I cannot run the program and have to reinstall.

I have been using the program for 3 years with no issue, they did have an update several days ago and this just started.

Do you mean W32:Evo-Gen [[b]susp[/b]] = Suspicious
