Conflict Flash (Chrome and Firefox) With Avast

As soon I install the update off Avast10.3.2225 virus def 150909-2 most Flash (version 18.0.0.232) videos NOT playing in Firrefox / Chrome (newest versions)
I did a complete new installation off win7 prof but as soon I update the Avast program the problem comes back.
I try to make exceptions in Avast without any result.
ONLY when I turn Avast completely offline the flash program works normal in all browsers. As soon I turn Avast on the problems come back!
I wrote to your technical staff without any result

UPDATE
I did the same Avast update on an other computer and yes the conflict is from AVAST.
Also on that computer under win 7 the videos don’t work anymore!
When will solve AVAST this problem or gives me an answer?

What videos ??? No problem here at all with viewing videos in Chrome, Firefox, etc
