confused about avast scan results

Hi! I just did a quick scan with Avast after Malwarebites found a trojan during the scanning
This came up and I don’t know what to do, as Avast does not give me any options. I do not know much about computers and I have not idea what these files are or if I need them, besides, why does it say that they are "password protected?
Any suggestions on what to do?
Attached is the screen shot from Avast.
Thanks!

PS, it seems I got the Trojan from Adware Cleaner, which I downloaded from Bleepingcomputer.com, which I thought it was a safe website for downloads, here is a screen shot of other stuff I got from Adware Cleaner too. The virus was deleted) Isn’t it Adware Cleaner a safe program?
Thanks

Malwarebytes’ detected the files already quarantined by AdwCleaner.

But the Avast file are from Install Flash Player, isn’t that different from the malwarebytes found?

I’m confused :-\

Plus how do I get rid of those files Avast can not scan? thanks!

No need to get rid of them . Just means they are password protected. Some AM/Av programs do that to prevent malware from targetting the solutions.

Thank you Valinorum and Michael for your fast response!
I did not know that. :-[
Have a wonderful day!

Safe browsing.

How do I handle files that avast! can’t scan? https://blog.avast.com/2014/02/28/how-do-i-handle-files-that-avast-cant-scan/

empty AdwCleaner quarantine folder, then do a new scan with malwarebytes

EDIT: open AdwCleaner > top left corner > tools > quarantine manager

if you see PUP detections in Malwarebytes
