Confused :(

I renewed and paid for Avast a week ago. Now it’s still asking me to renew it !! I don’t know what the status is on either of my computers ?

Did you insert the new license file (if one was sent to your email)?

If you have, try a repair:

Start > Control Panel > Programs & Features > Uninstall a Program > select Avast and click " Uninstall/Change ". Choose " Repair " and “Continue”.

Once the repair is completed, it is essential that you reboot even if it doesn’t tell you to.

Did you enter the new license file ?

Check your system date, especially month and year, adjust as required.

If it is correct, the Repair as suggested may resolve out of sync data like dates.
