The contact links works to a phone number, it has +61 which is for ringing to australia, not for ringing outside of australia.
I must apologize though i have to admit, this has to be the most difficult, the most painful and bad kind of customer service i have come across.
What i am saying is that i only got one chance to submit a request into a page, i can not find that page to write and explain what happened…
I can not understand why avast does not have any email support to make it easy for customers to resolve issues,
This is not a simple program problem. it is $100 i paid for 2 years subscription and no support…
I have lost count of how many times i have asked for an email address so i dont have to bother people on this forum…
The reason i took down some previous posts was because i feel that the whole world does not need to know my problem or my details, if i could i would have actually deleted this threat , because it is an inquiry about a product that has been bought and paid for and not delivered properly.
Please just give me an email address to contact avast support so i can sort it out with them… unless i am going blind and someone has either posted it already or it is on the website that is related to such small writing that i never noticed it… .
