As you can see in the link, it is contact and sales/other problem. Avast has not recognized my payment to them via BPay, they need to know that there might have been a mistake in the number i used for a reference to them as they gave me more than one order number yet did not explain clearly which order number to use while paying through BPay…

This is why a simple email address would suffice … no one here can really do anything about it … only avast staff…

Sorry, though i prefer not to ring overseas/internationally or to a 3rd party company that pretends to act as avast even though it claims not to be avast…

Where is avast staff? shouldn’t they monitor these forums as well? is that not what these forums are for, to help?
The only reason I used BPay instead of Paypal, is because i do not like automatic renewal systems, I believe if you want to have auto renewal that you should have that option to pick it when you are on the Paypal website, not have to go through the extra hassles of going to avast to make a request to them to stop auto renewal services…

As a customer i want the most easiest and simplest way to purchase something. along with the obvious support that seems to be more confusing than helpful…
