I also understand that avast uses system files, though i dont see how that would stop avast from being uninstalled the conventional way and rebooting once the changes are made… anyway. that was here nor there…

They need to look for the payment as the wrong order number they supplied might have been put in for a reference code when paying for it via BPay… All i am doing is waiting for the license and this is the kind of customer service i get from them?? Sorry, though this sort of thing should have been handled instantly …
