connecting error

I try to reinstall secure line and avast Security. the secureLINE still not work,
and i cann’t select another Location for connection. I’m using MACbook air,
And l bought 1year license form Sept2015. and the online support is…!

You should have received an invoice email for your purchase.
Check your “Spam” folders as the email may have ended up there.
