How can I change the console UI language?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the language after registration. We have user story in our backlog (CBC-3432) which will bring the feature, should we prioritize it? Currently you can set the language while you are registering new company.

I don’t know if you have to prioritize this feature, but in a business environment working with different persons from different countries with different languages we need to be flexible with the UI in console and in agents. An administrator would define language for console UI, alert messages and agent UI.

Hi, just want to let you know that now you can change the language of the Console. Just click on your icon in the top bar and from the drop-down list choose the Language option.
