Consolidating Multiple Licenses

I maintain systems for my church and have 10 paid licenses (non-profit). They were purchased in 2 sets of 5 licenses about 30 days apart so I have 2 separate 5-user license keys. AVAST Pro was actually installed on the 10 separate workstations over a period of time. Is there a way to consolidate these on a single license key to aid in cloning and/or reinstalling the software on the 10 workstations and to make renewal easier? I also need to purchase additional keys for newly added workstations and would like to add them to the same license key.

I would suggest an email to sales(at)avast(dot)com, I’m sure they would know.

I e-mailed “sales@avast.com” and they have not gotten back to me in a week. I am starting to get frustrated because “element 5” who is handling sales now, can’t help me and tell me I need to contact Avast sales. I need to get get a renewal coupon, and Avast which has no phone number, has not replied to my e-mail. So how long do I go without virus protection until they contact me?? I have started looking for other companies who will respond to my e-mails. AVAST my e-mail is pickronk@hotmail.com if you need to know my server please e-mail me. I just want to give you money, that is all.

Thanks,
Kevin

I would try a different email address in case the reply is picked off by an anti spam filter. They are usually prompt to respond.

I suggest you remove your email address (unless you like spam), where it could be harvested off a publicly available web site.

The phone number is in avast! help (“Technical support” page), as well as on the web page.

If the keys have the same validity (if you say they were purchased 30 days appart)… personally, I’d say that if you use one of the (5-user) keys on all the 10 workstations (and don’t use the other 5-user key anywhere else), nobody would mind.
