Hi, I have been getting constant Avast pop ups for malicious files or blocking harmful webpages for the last couple of months. I have done Malwarebytes scan and Avast scan, but nothing comes up. However, the last Avast scan did quarantine some viruses. I have yet to delete them because I am not sure if my Avast has been compromised and pop ups are still coming up. I am not sure if my Malwarebytes is compromised as well because when I start my computer it just automatically starts scanning by itself. I am new to all of this, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you! My scan logs are attached.
Hi happyeaster2, welcome to the forum
It is night here in Europe, so be patient. Essexboy will help you tomorrow ( Sunday ).
Greetz, Red.
I see that you have Norton, Windows Defender and avast.
That is as they say a dead end street:

Choose which one you want to use and fully delete the others.

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73555776/FRSTfix.JPG
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
Thank you all for your help. I am running FRST, but I think it froze while deleting my temporary files. It did create a FRST-olderversion and fix log. My fix log is attached. Not sure if I would have to do it again because it is frozen.
You must have a lot of tempo files
How is the computer behaving now ?
It is actually faster now, it does not seem to be as sluggish and I haven’t been getting anymore Avast blocked pop ups. Thank you very much Essexboy!!
Now, do I need to rerun FRST with the quotebox since it froze and I had to manually close it out? And anymore scans I should be doing? Thank you soooo very much!

In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)
If you do need to keep Java then download JavaRa
Run the programme and select Remove Java Runtime. Uninstall all versions of Java present
Once done then run it again and select Update Java runtime > Download and install Latest version
