constant malware blockes sign + firefox not responding

Avast keeps notifying me constantly every 2-3 minutes of the aware blocked sign on the bottom right of the pc and does it about 9 times in one go… also iv noticed my pc has gotten slower and that my firefox keeps "not responding "which is quite frustrating… how can I solve this issue?

The OTL scan shouldn’t take that long. In case it doesn’t finish soon, try to run it in safe mode.
